**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Worker**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Worker to join our team. This position operates from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. During the spring and summer months, the hours will shift to 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. You will be working in the shipping and receiving department, primarily responsible for picking and packing materials for shipment. You will have your own cart to assist with gathering items and will occasionally operate a hilo.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pick and pack materials for shipment.

+ Push a cart to gather and organize items for shipment.

+ Operate a hilo approximately 10% of the time.

+ Receive hilo certification while on the job.

+ Maintain inventory control and handle materials.

+ Utilize ERP systems for inventory management.

**Essential Skills**

+ 1 year of manufacturing experience.

+ Good attitude.

+ Detail-oriented.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in general labor, material handling, shipping and receiving.

+ Skills in inventory control, picking, packing, sorting.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems and forklift operation.
