Job Title: Stock Room Associate Pay: $18/hr to $20/hr Hours: 6am to 3:30pm OR 2pm to 11pm M-F Location: Tempe, AZ Must be able pass drug test and bg check Job Description: Manage the movement of materials including receiving, inventory transfers, pulling and issuing material to job kits, processing floor returns, and all related system transactions done by scanner or computer. Ensure inventory accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by team lead.

- Ensure inventory accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.

- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position.
Essential Skills: - 1+ year experience with stocking and kitting.
- Experience handling electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc. is highly preferred.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Average experience with Excel.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and operating rules.
- Ability to effectively communicate and speak English fluently.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Experience with ESD/MSD handling procedures preferred but not required.
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, material handling, and inventory.
- Experience in electronics, aerospace, kitting, ERP, and MRP systems is ideal.

Work Environment Candidates will be working in an ITAR facility. Shifts available are 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm and 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with a 10% shift premium for the 2nd shift.
