Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Neurologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in neurology and be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with neurological disorders. This role involves diagnosing and treating conditions related to the nervous system, collaborating with other medical professionals, and contributing to patient education and management.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough neurological examinations to assess patients' conditions.
  • Diagnose neurological disorders such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and migraines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including radiology and imaging techniques to evaluate neurological health.
  • Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, endocrinology, and pain management to provide comprehensive care.
  • Perform procedures requiring aseptic technique and ensure patient safety during treatments.
  • Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions.
  • Stay current with advancements in neurology through continuous education and training.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with a specialization in neurology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
  • Strong knowledge of physiology, pain medicine, pain management, and related fields.
  • Proficiency in performing diagnostic tests including radiography.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professional standards.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $277,927.00 - $287,404.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 40 per week
