Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. In this position, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database accurately.
• Provide product/service information and troubleshoot any issues customers may encounter.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and suggest solutions to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
