Duration: 6+ Months Job ref# 239938 ***WE DO VISA TRANSFERS*** This is a customer support team. The desired experience is an understanding of Wire transfers and compliance within a call center environment. Job Details: - Inbound call center/occasional Outbound
- 40-60calls per day on average
- The types of calls that are received include Wire Compliance/ Customer service (USD, FX. Domestic, international. Calls are very RPT.)
- Supporting Wire fees, cases to check BNF, amending instructions, Fraud wires, complaints.
- Training is provided, 4 -6 weeks depending on system access and training process, shadow buddy for first days.
- Training (practice scenarios, learn process, etc) return to shadow buddy and type for them and work the systems, later you will take the call and someone will be sitting with you watching.
- Before releasing you to be on your own, there will be a final assessment to insure that you understand what we have been learning
