Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist in their Gainesville, FL office. Let's get to work.
Temporary - long term
Gainesville, FL
Schedule: FT, M-F, 8a-5p
Salary: $19.13/hr

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations
- Provide support to new employees
- Coordinate special projects and appraisals
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone and email
- Handle complicated complaints
- Investigate, research and resolve problems
- Assist other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years office customer service experience
- Demonstrable proficiency in personal computers and relevant software
