    Job Details
  • Job Summary: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) position in the Operating Room (OR) at St Alexius Health Bismarck Medical Center.
  • Candidates must be proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR General/Robotics.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have 1 year of experience in surgical technology.
  • Experience with Open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, Endo.
    Schedule Information
  • Rotating 8-hour shifts: 0645-1515, 0900-1730, 1500-2330, 0700-1930 (weekend only).
  • Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week, 1515-0645.
  • Weekend/Call Requirements: Every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645.
  • Holiday/Call Requirements: Must be willing to work holidays, rotating with permanent staff.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Charge Nurse for all shifts 7a-11p M-F, weekends 7a-7p.
  • Clinical supervisor makes the schedule.
    Additional Details
  • BLS, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Verification, ND UAP required.
  • 4-5 days of unit-specific orientation, 2 buddy call shifts.
  • Must be willing to float to cross train to ortho cases if needed.
