• Posting could be for strictly MedSurg RN or ICU/MedSurg – would need to be comfortable taking all patients on unit
• Patient Ratios: ICU: RN: Day & Night - 1:3; Med/Tele: RN: Day & Night - 1:6

Schedule Information
• Weekend rotation: every other

• ICU: Critical care drips, cardiac/insulin drips, cardiac rhythm interpretation, Vent management, epidural management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, trach management, wound care
• Med/Tele: Tele RN with ACLS, Cardiac rhythm interpretation, PIV starts, central line management, PCA pumps, drains, ostomies, IV ABX, blood products, wound care, chest tubes, epidural management
