  • Minimum 2 years of experience required- 1st time travelers OK if >3 yrs EXP
  • Required: Inpatient
  • Preferred: Outpatient, ER, Level I Trauma, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
  • Required: IV Starts, Phlebotomy, EKGs, PACs, Portables, C-Arm, Contrast
    Schedule Information
  • All RTO MUST BE ON INITIAL SUBMITTAL- PLEASE LIMIT RTO TO NO MORE THAN 3-4 DAYS
    Unit Specific Information
  • CSS - Please check Unit Description in NOVA to determine certifications required. Must be AHA (Instructor or Provider acceptable)

  • Required for Aya.SUBS: Lotus I9 Attestation Required
  • Unexpired government-issued photo ID
  • Background Check within 30 days of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school for past 7 years and updated annually.
