Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative II:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions and providing follow-up as needed
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative II: - 2-4 years of customer service-related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Comfortable answering phones and providing excellent customer service to external contacts
