We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Care Physician to serve as the Lead Provider for our new clinic. Facility Features:
- Scheduled to open in April 2025.
- Includes exam rooms, a procedure room, an on-site pharmacy, and a lab with LabCorp technologies.
- EMR System: EPIC.
- Flexible scheduling: 5-day workweek (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or 4-day workweek.
- No call or weekend responsibilities for the physician.
Financial Package:
- Base Salary: $275,000+
- Signing Bonus: $20,000.
- Relocation Bonus: $20,000.

- Student Loan Repayment: Qualifies for federal loan repayment programs.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 25 days.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 12 days + $5,800.
