Qualifications:

  • Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in state of occupancy
  • Must hold an Associates degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current valid BLS CPR card
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto liability insurance.
