We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager of Outpatient Oncology to oversee our oncology services located in Nashville, TN!

As the Nurse Manager Outpatient Oncology, you will take on a pivotal role by overseeing the daily operations of our oncology services. You will serve as an invaluable resource for clinical staff, leading and managing a team of nursing professionals to ensure high standards of care. You will work collaboratively with oncologists, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. You will also participate in strategic planning and contribute to the growth and development of oncology services. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.

Requirements for this position include:

• A current RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Previous leadership experience
