Job Details
• Hospice RN’s are needed for per diem at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital.
• Shifts will be sporadic and can come in consecutive days then consecutive days of no needs.

Job Requirements
• 1 years of Hospice or Home Care experience
• Must have current Illinois License
• 1 supervisor reference required within the last 2 years.

Unit Specific Information
• Candidates will complete a 12 hour unit orientation on Monday or Tuesday(based on availability). 8 hours will be unit with 4 hours completing required modules. All candidates will complete 2 virtual EPIC modules prior to orientation, taking no longer than 1 hour.
