We are looking for a polished and experienced restaurant manager to supervise all aspects of front of house service.
this includes:
-hiring and training staff
-holding staff members accountable to our standards
-writing a weekly schedule keeping within the company's budget for labor costs
-supervising the staff on the dining room floor during service
-assisting in beverage service
-filling in where necessary on the floor
Ideal candidates have experience in classic restaurant service and Italian cuisine.
