Responsibilities
-Provide support to the office including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
-Prepare schedules and coordinate registrations for meetings and conferences
-Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
-Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
Qualification
-High School Diploma
-Administrative assistant support experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft office
-Must be able to pass drug testing and background checking
