Location: Rancho Murieta CA(7281 Lone Pine Dr Rancho Murieta, CA 95683)

Salary Range: Starting salary around $70,000 to $80,000 plus monthly production incentive - commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.

Spine Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing company as a Clinic Administrative Director! We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our Rancho Murieta, CA clinic.

Position Summary:

• Manage and oversee clinic and staff.
• Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
• Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
• 2 years of clinical outpatient physical therapy experience
• Preferred management experience

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
• Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
• Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
