Your Role:
* Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients in critical emergency situations.
* Work quickly and effectively as part of a team to stabilize and treat diverse patient populations.
* Organize, direct, and provide patient-centered care using the *Watson Model of Care*.
* Tailor care to meet the needs of each patient based on age and specific considerations.

What You Bring:
* *1+ years of ER experience* preferred.
* Active *California RN license*.
* Current *BLS*, *ACLS*, and *PALS* certifications.
* *MAB certification* within 90 days of hire.
