*Certified Surgical Technologist Responsibilities:*
* Prepare sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
* Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
* Ensure adequate supplies are stocked for surgical procedures.
* Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting incision sites.
* Assist during surgeries by passing instruments and necessary supplies to the surgical team.
* Track and account for all surgical supplies during procedures.
* Stay updated on advancements in surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
* Collaborate effectively with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and the broader surgical team.
* Contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

*Certified Surgical Technologist Requirements:*
* Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program with current certification.
* Hands-on experience with surgical instrumentation.
* Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
* In-depth knowledge of surgical technology and procedures.
* Familiarity with medical terminology.
* A strong passion for providing excellent patient care.
