  • Location: Wesley Medical Center/ Wesley Woodlawn Hosp/ Med-surg Units
  • Address: 550 N. Hillside, Wichita, ks 67214
  • Floor: 2T, 3T, 4T, 7T, 8T, 9T, 10T
  • Building: Building 4, WMC
  • Number of Beds - 32-36 per unit
  • Number of Staff – 431 EE
  • Day Shift – 1 chrg, 6-7 RNs, or 3 RN/3LPN. 4 PCT
  • Night Shift - 1 chrg, 6-7 RNs, or 3 RN/3LPN. 4 PCT
  • Patient Ratios – 5-7/1
  • Type of equipment – Pyxis, IV pumps, Suction equipment, defibrillators, O2 set up, SCD’s, wound vacs, VS machine, bladder scanner, vein finder
  • EMR - Typical hiring profile
  • Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
  • Must have: IV skills, BLS, Foley insertion, medication administration
  • Preferred or nice to have: Telemetry, ACLS
  • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Foley insertion, Bladder scanner, IV insertion, wound care, NG insertion, blood administration
