    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • SC or Multi-State Compact LPN license
    Job Details
  • Position/Specialty: LPN for Internal Medicine
  • Shift: Will work 5x8hr Monday-Friday days 8am-4:30pm
  • Call Req: No Call
  • Weekend Req: No Weekends
  • Holiday Req: As Needed
  • Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Float may be required dependent on unit needs.
    Job Requirements
  • 2 years LPN Experience
  • SC or Multi-State Compact LPN license (license must be in hand at start of contract)
  • BLS required for all clinical staff
    Schedule Information
  • 5x8hr Monday-Friday days 8am-4:30pm
  • No Call
  • No Weekends
  • As Needed for Holidays
    Unit Specific Information
  • Scrub Color: Turquoise
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required.
