1. Provide office and clerical support to our internal and external customers by accessing files and providing updates to our walk-in customers and callers, printing eligibility notices for customers, printing applications and forms as needed.
2. Issue EBT cards for the SNAP Program.
3. Greet and assist customers by answering incoming telephone calls from our main phone line and directing them to the proper staff.
4. Greet and assist in coming customers in the lobby area. Lobby is a high trafficked area; we see over 100 of customers a day.
5. Serve our internal customers as needed.
6. Make copies of forms, and applications, and documents as needed.
7. Scan documents for our walk-in customers.

Call Center Experience, Bilingual Spanish, and Experience in Local Government Setting
GED, experience in office support and administration practices and procedure.
Candidate must have excellent organizational, oral/written communication, strong customer service, professional and interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team setting.
Candidate must have computer experience with word processing, electronic records, and basic spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail, good time management, the ability to work accurately and timely under pressure, and the ability to compile and review data from multiple systems.
