About Maddox + You:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to one or more human resources functions including benefits administration, payroll and/or employee records management.

More about You:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees
  • Set up new employee projects and track progress throughout pre employment
  • Facilitate completion of pre-employment screening & medical questionnaires
  • Secure and maintain employee records
  • Prepare verifications of employment
  • Assist in processing employment changes, e.g.changes in employee compensation, role, location etc.
  • Update and maintain employee databases
  • Process employee benefits such as maternity/paternity leave, Marriage & Family gift requests, bereavement leave, etc.
  • Assist in time change requests in time keeping software.
Experience & Education:
  • Prefer minimum associates degree.
  • Prefer HR assistance experience.
  • Proven extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Starting range with bonus: $45-$60k. Plus monthly wellness stipend, 8% match 401k, and other benefits.
