Job Description Summary
Research, resolve and respond to inquiries and requests ensuring team service-level-agreements are met. Provide standard and complex administrative support to a department, group or program. Support the administration of projects, programs, and/or processes applicable to the business unit. Prepare reports, various correspondence and possible presentation materials.
Job Description Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain memos, records, reports, data or correspondence. Review correspondence for consistency with corporate policies and practices. May assist in the development of presentations.
Administer HR system processes including preparing, submitting, and auditing employee data, completing forms/templates, preparing and compiling reports. Assist with CRM updates, enhancements, and configuration changes. Research, resolve, and respond to customer/vendor inquiries and requests using various applications, job aids and scripts. Topics may be related to Compliance, Labor, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, Leave of Absence, Benefits, Pay, Employee Relations, Compensation, Performance, Workday, Policy, Union, Employee Engagement, and Training. May relieve other administrative staff in the unit during temporary absences.
Scope: Considerable knowledge of job. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of general and detailed aspects of the job. Contacts are frequently with individuals representing other departments and/or representing outside organizations.
Skills & Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in personal computer use and Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to work on a team and independently.

I-9 Compliance - Unemployment Administration Experience
Ability to handle extremely sensitive data with highest level of confidentiality. Possess multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail. Ability to handle high level escalations from all levels of management.
Experience in Workday Transactions and processes a must.

The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
