Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Director, Commercial Operations, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Transformation, within the NAM Customer Care Center.
This role will lead an international team that in charge of providing a delightful customer experience to all our customers. She/he will focus on operational rigor of driving customer satisfaction on every day interactions, driving operational efficiency, and innovation towards a digital mindset. Transformation will be at the core of this position, as we continue to strive to be best in our industry. This role will not only drive the operational rigor of the Customer Care Center, but also build and deploy strategic roadmaps to ensure we are future ready to be best in class in our Industry.
What will you do?
- NAM CCC process owner for Order Management and L2 Level technical support
- Manage operational rigor to deliver every day a delightful customer experience.
- Build and deploy NAM Customer Transformation strategy with a roadmap to be Future ready, leading our Industry in Customer experience.
- Strong Collaboration and influencing across the NAM organization, so we have a customer centric agenda across all teams.
- Leading regular engagements with Channel, Sales, GSC, and individual business units to develop the best support strategies
- Innovating the customer experience and driving digital interactions
- Attract, coach, and develop strong talent in the organization
- Through strategic workforce planning, optimizing technical expertise, digital competencies, as well as customer experience and overall efficiency for all CCC groups.
Who will you report to? - This role will report to the Vice President of Customer Transformation
What qualifications will make you successful for this role? - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, MBA a plus
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills, especially French and Spanish are an added benefit
- Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain, Services, and Technical Support functions
- Ability to manage remote employees both domestic and international
- Experience in driving organizational transformation is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in quality and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success in change management
