The Key Responsibilities of this position.
The Customer Service Representative's role is the first point of contact for our customers when they call, instant message or email our facilities. The CSR's primary role is to answer calls, instant messages and emails to help with any questions, concerns or complaints the caller may have, in a timely and professional manner. Our CSRs will help callers with registration and bidding processes, investigate any issues with online bids and help with scheduling of pick-ups. This is a high-volume call center - this role supports multiple locations located in 3 different time zones - including 6 Nellis Auction locations and other off-site providers.

Available Schedules:
  • Full time - 10 hour shifts - Saturday-Tuesday - 7:00am - 5:30pm (40 hours/week)
  • Full time - 10 hour shifts - Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours/week)

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of excellent customer service skills are required
  • Excellent computer, grammar and phone skills are required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, in the event a item needs to be pulled from the warehouse
  • Great attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask, be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to type 60 WPM is preferred
  • Must have outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
