Customer Service Representative A company specializing in supplying and repairing electronic parts for mature, end-of-life and legacy systems is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Typical systems include medical, renewable energy, airport lighting systems, parking access systems and others. The Customer Service Representative or CSR will answer incoming calls, support the order management process, and communicate with clients.

Salary : $18.00-22.00/hr (DOE)
This is a
full time, temp-to-hire position Schedule : Mon-Fri
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls
- Maintain office phone list and calendar
- Organize on-site and off-site storage routing
- Work with purchasing and sales to provide product quotes
- Assist customers in placing orders
- Process payment information
- Handle order entry
- Confirm pricing and delivery timing
- Prepare and process customer PO's
- Assist with data entry for other departments
- Record and maintain database with all business contacts
- Process invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable and remind customers to pay
- Monitor accounts payable and send out payments
Requirements: - Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Great attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Mid level skills with Microsoft Office applications
