Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Consumer Products team as a Customer Service Intern. This is a paid internship, and will support the Customer Service Manager in creating more efficient processes across the team, with a focus on building better training resources.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Customer Service and cross-functional team members identify training needs and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation and revision of training materials, including manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and video content.
- Gather and analyze feedback from our most recent new hires to identify training gaps.
- Build on our existing Commercial Resource Hub to maintain an organized repository of training materials and ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support other customer service-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications: •Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint and Tableau preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
