Job Summary:

The Records Retention Specialist is responsible for the proper handling, retention and retrieval of Corporate, Branch, Member and S3 records throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, scan and quality check documents/images being converted to electronic/digital format to confirm to quality control standards and departmental procedures.
• Will review and prepare Mortgage / Home Equity loan files for long term retention and ensure compliance to third party document and shipping requirements.
• Works with branches, third parties and long-term storage provider to facilitate transmittal of documents to and from long term storage in accordance with "Record Retention Schedule Policy."
• Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate files; researches and validates missing or incomplete information.
• Log, track and maintain batch records and reports.
• Adheres to departmental service level objectives, procedures and operating systems when executing tasks.
• Monitors work queues and departmental email inboxes

YOU MUST HAVE METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL .LOAN OR ANY TYPE OF BANKING EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS !!

$27.00 per hour

Hours will be 9am-5pm
