Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scanner to assist our client in Danville, CA . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately scanning and entering data into our client's systems, ensuring that all information is processed efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our client's records. This is a temporary position.

Duties

• Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and files.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all entries.
• Transcribe information from physical documents into electronic formats.
• Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
• Assist with order entry processes as needed, ensuring timely processing of requests.
• Utilize basic math skills for data verification and calculations when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
• Familiarity with clerical duties, including data entry and file management.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and computers.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail to minimize errors during data entry.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
