Receptionist Location: Los Angeles, CA 90044
Position: Receptionist Pay Rate: $25 - 30/hr DOE
Duration: ASAP thru April to cover a maternity leave
Expected Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
JOB SUMMARY Experience: Preferred medical knowledge (Administrative Health) but not required.
Job Description:
- Answer phones to all incoming
- Faculty Practice Group calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and attitude at the receptions desk.
- Signing for packages delivered, validating visitors, and issuing parking passes.
- Assesses inventory and restocks front desk supplies.
- Maintains outlook inbox and scheduling for all FPG administrative conference room and training room calendars as well as restocks on site conference room cabinets when needed.
- Responsible for updating UCLA School of Medicine Online Directory for all UCLA FPG Employees.
- Assists FPG Finance Department with daily tasks as required.
- Assist with Health Information Team by logging and receiving Billing Request.
- Logs all incoming live checks for processing by cashiering team.
