Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives provide customer service in English and a foreign language (Spanish). Essential duties are taking phone calls, answering to customer inquiries, translating documents, solving customer issues, and reporting to managers.

Duties will include:
  • Assist contractors and customers with selections.
  • Place and manage orders
  • Develop and deploy inventory tracking systems that ease the inventory control tasks
  • Collaborate with suppliers and gather day-to-day updates about the supplies from the inventory control assistants who are on the job
  • Document and make reports on every delivery and shipment that happens in the warehouse to ensure quality and inventory control
  • Report to the upper management regarding the inventory and shipping status
  • Cash handling
