Description
Busy practice is seeking a Receptionist in our Walnut Creek location.
Job Responsibilities
•Scheduling appointments
•Responding to patient calls
•Prior authorizations
•Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
•Scanning and faxing
•Taking vital signs and height/weight measurements
•Preparing/cleaning treatment rooms for patient examinations & procedures
•Assisting MD during procedures
•Practicing sterile technique Maintain and preparing patient records.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in medical setting
• Experience with EPIC EMR

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Medical/surgical experience

Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs (medical and office supplies)
• Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.

Pay Scale/Ranges:
$21.00 - $35.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
