Accretive Insurance Solutions has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant provides HR generalist assistance to their local agency(s) and/or Regional Human Resources Department.

• Records and updates employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
• Examines employee data to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
• Assists with HR projects and initiatives as needed, including ad hoc projects as they arise.
• Manages new hire communication and onboarding.
• Owns all administrative tasks associated with employee offboarding.
• Utilizes HRIS system for record keeping and compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
• Assists with all miscellaneous administrative tasks as it relates to the HR Department.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

• Associates degree preferred; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 (US Dollar) annually . The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
