We're a leading provider of polymer coating solutions for the medical device industry and we're hiring a full time Manufacturing Manager for our new facility in Littleton, CO. The company is experiencing growth, and we need a hungry + driven Manufacturing Manager who can scale with the company over the course of the next few years.

We have pioneered some of the most advanced polymer coatings for surgical, electrosurgical, and medical applications. Specializing in high-volume medical device manufacturing, we deliver mission-critical coatings that meet the highest industry standards. The Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations.

Job Details

Requirements:

  • Eexperience in implementing and managing ERP systems.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, production operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop team members and unlock their full potential.
  • Experience working with EN 13485 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with departments such as finance, accounting, and R&D.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Proven expertise in defining and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Promote and uphold a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage manufacturing team members to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify, resolve, and prevent manufacturing challenges.
  • Optimize and manage workflow processes to maximize productivity and operational effectiveness.
