Your new role
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate interior construction projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in corporate interior construction (3 years +)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management
