The ideal candidate is an experience Project Manager with a background in Healthcare, Industrial, or Commercial construction. This well established GC is looking to hire on for their Pensacola team to lead high-impact projects.

Experience:

-5+ years of commercial construction experience

-Mixture of ground up and renovations

Responsibilities:

-This position is responsible for managing highly complex and detailed construction projects while staying on schedule and meeting the client's needs from project start to close

-The Project Manager will own the lead role and guide the project team in their assigned duties and ensure excellent communication and documentation are viewed as a priority

-Prepares project status reports and works to ensure work adheres to contract specifications

-Create and execute project work plans

Compensation:

-Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (truck allowance, gas card, etc.)

-Bonus
