Our client a developer of multifamily communities in Texas are seeking to grow their already successful team with an Assistant Superintendent to be based Dallas, TX. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for the directing and managing the subcontractors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Other responsibilities include performing detailed reviews of construction drawings, hold weekly meetings, develop and maintain production targets and keeping the Superintendent updated on overall production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1+ years of experience in multifamily construction with a developer or GC.

· Must have knowledge and experience in ground up construction.

SALARY:

· $80,000.00 – $90,000 base salary + Benefits + bonus
