LHH is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage product development and launch processes, ensuring seamless coordination between teams to deliver quality products on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and marketing teams to oversee product development and ensure timely completion of projects
- Track and distribute product samples, ensuring accurate representation for quality assurance and marketing purposes
- Update and manage databases with accurate product specifications, timelines, and related documentation.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are met.
- Track project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays to maintain on-time delivery.
- Complete Quality Assurance checks regularly on product launches
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product coordination, supply chain, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms).
- S trong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Pay Details: $30.00-40.00 an hour
This position is contract and onsite in Dallas, Texas.
