Backed by top VCs, our small team has already driven over millions in revenue, and we’re looking for our first/head finance hire to help us scale.
What you’ll do
As the first finance hire, you will be pivotal in establishing the financial strategy and operations. Your role will span from strategic planning to hands-on execution with partners, giving you the opportunity to shape how we scale effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our company goals.
- Managing accounting operations, including budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Building and maintaining robust financial models to support forecasting, fundraising, and scenario planning.
- Conducting in-depth financial analyses to identify key drivers of growth and cost efficiencies across Merchants and Partners
Your expertise:
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or investment banking.
- 2+ years in venture capital, private equity, or at an early-stage startup.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
