Contract Administrator – Local candidates only
Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their Johnston, IA, team on a possible contract to hire basis. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only.
Responsibilities:
- Completing financial transaction documentation review
- Performing documentation analysis and execution
- Uploading documents into applicable systems and ensuring compliance with company and program requirements
- Receiving inbound dealer correspondence and handling transaction receipts, bookings, and corrections
- Working cross functionally with various internal departments
- Identifying improvement opportunities and participating in related projects
- Assisting with review and development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Financial services industry experience, with knowledge of financial service products and/or leasing preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems
Additional Details:
Compensation: To $22.00/hr
Employment type: 3-month contract to hire
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
