We are seeking a Senior Designer for the design efforts for our Conversational AI initiatives. This role will shape the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, innovative, and aligned with our vision. Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design: Champion the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.

Visual and Interaction Design: Create polished, pixel-perfect designs and engaging user interactions that enhance the overall experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.

Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.

Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to ensure consistency across products.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably including time in a startup environment.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful results.

Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

Skills: Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.

Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.

Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across disciplines.

Education: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
