We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team in Wilsonville, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, managing internal audits, and building a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Manage and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead the implementation of new QMS software, ensuring seamless integration across the company.
- Oversee customer and regulatory audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met and maintained.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality team, including training and development.
- Analyze quality performance data and implement improvements to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
