Title: Electrical Controls Engineer

Location: Leola, PA

Pay: $100k - $150k

Responsibilities:

• Design automated production equipment and electrical schematics
• Develop and troubleshoot control systems (PLCs and HMI)
• Assist with equipment installations and power calculations
• Create SOPs to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate across departments for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting motion control systems (variable frequency drives, servo controls, etc.)
• Proficiency in electrical control systems such as PLCs, relay logic, control networks, production equipment automation, and industrial control networks.
• Experience with controls software programming, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Ladder Logic
