Job Title : Maintenance Shift Supervisor

Location : Shawano WI 54166

Shift Timings :

7PM to 7AM – Weeknights

7AM to 7PM + Weekends

Job Description:

• The current team is made up of about 30-32 technicians.
• They are responsible for performing repairs to keep the machines running and doing inspections. There is a lot of electromechanical work.
• Solid blueprint & schematic reading skills.
• Understanding of machine repair/rebuild, hydraulic, welding, fabricating & pipe fitting skills.
• Associate’s degree in STEM discipline or equivalent years of experience

Three plus years’ electromechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience of a maintenance team.
