Required Skills & Experience

•3+ years of experience in office management, preferably within a financial or investment environment.

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; Completed HS Diploma or GED required.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus

•Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Prior financial services, investment banking, venture capital or related experience is a plus

•Prior professional experience working with high net worth or ultra net worth individuals in an admin capacity is a plus

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to provide comprehensive support for the headquarters office. Daily responsibilities encompass calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and logistics arrangements, office inventory and coordination, event management, and prioritization across internal leaders. They should demonstrate the capacity to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.

The opportunity is a fully in-office position based out of our Dallas, Texas HQ (Uptown Dallas).
