Sr Human Resources Generalist

We seek a qualified and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support our HR operations. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage various HR functions, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations issues, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Provide advice and assistance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct and analyze employee surveys, feedback, and data, and identify areas for improvement and action plans.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs and evaluate their effectiveness and impact.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal changes, and recommend changes or enhancements to existing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist employees with health, dental, life, and other related benefit claims.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance.
- Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software, Paylocity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
