We are one of America’s best-selling, most trusted lunchmeat brands. A retirement and fresh thinking about our people initiatives create the need for a Vice President to take leadership of HR organization.
Reporting to the CEO, this VP will be a truly hands-on business partner who makes impactful decisions as part of our executive team. We seek a leader who will strategize to elevate the experience of both our hourly and corporate team members. Our relationships in our production locations are excellent, and high priorities are talent management/development, employee engagement/culture, succession planning, and strategizing to advance our best-in-class workplace.
The ideal candidate will bring grounding in multi-location production operations with strong experience in strategic planning, learning and development, HCM implementation, and the development of shared service models. You will serve as a sought-after trusted advisor and colleague to a close-knit and ambitious team, ensuring a respected voice at the table.
An important note about us: our culture truly sets us apart. Our common dedication is to trust, respect, and work as a unified team to over-deliver excellence to all of our stakeholders -- which extends beyond consumers to our employees/their families, business partners, communities, philanthropic partners, and everyone we touch. We have an impeccable reputation, so your demeanor, expertise, and credentials must embody credibility and the down-to-earth leadership that is foundational to our success.
If this sounds like you – an enthusiastic and proven HR leader who values sincere partnerships across the organization and the shared success of facilitating strong performance with proactive human capital strategies, we are anxious to talk with you. Ingenuity, wholeheartedness, servant leadership: very welcome. Sense of humor: required.
