An inpatient child & adolescent mental health facility is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join their team. The SLP will provide individual speech/language assessments for identified youth and to provide follow up services as needed.
Responsibilities included but not limited to are:

• Documenting the services provided on-site at the facility in the medical chart
• Completing individual assessments, group interventions, and providing staff education.
• Speech/Language evaluation by licensed SLP, recommendations and follow up on IEP related speech therapy interventions/plans, as indicated.

Requirements:

• License and current registration to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in NYS.
• At least one year of clinical experience.
