Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Division is excited to be assisting one of our law firm clients (a well-respected, regional AmLaw 200 law firm ) with the search for a talented Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join its litigation practice in Tampa, Florida.

This is a full-time, in-office Associate position and the ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of Financial Services Litigation experience defending consumer claims under some or all of the following laws is preferred: Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules, as well as wire fraud and general banking operations. The position requires excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, and Florida bar admission.
